What are possible impacts that the European debt crisis may have on Australia?|||A strong currency AUD will destroy your country. Look at the US and the China peg on the dollar. The US is in spiral. The Chinese can capitalize minute advantages knowing there is no risk. It is not as bad for you but it is warfare if you lack and economic border. Not that European products are a threat to you. AUD is strong and it will kill you and your prosperity.|||Eastern European Countries are more sound because they were communists before, therefore they spend what they have, not borrow to refinance a debt.
