In the next 10 years who will be stronger Europe or the USA?

The Greek problem showed some cracks in the European Union as a financial super power but the fact that all the European countries are now actively tacking their debt problems rather than ignoring them. could it be that the Greek crisis was a blessing in disguise? What is the USA doing to tackle it debt problems currently?|||India or China.|||Europe|||China is on top!|||Europe if the voters do not reverse the damage they have done to the USA.|||china or possible india.

Europe are all out of resources and america thinks it can solve all it's problems by shouting|||I think within 5 years w/o serious change the US will have a serious meltdown. However I think the USA is in a better position for quick recovery through drastic changes that will likely come about after a meltdown the US will regain itself as a powerhouse and still be beating Europe.|||Europe's financial crisis is due to the low reproduction rate. The birth rate is much too low to replenish the population. So unless they fix that Europe as we know it will not be around too much longer. Not saying that there won't be people there. The rate of immigration by Middle Eastern Muslims is extremely high so you can guess what Europe will be like in a couple of decades.|||Europe.|||I wouldn't say Europe, and the US is on the way down. The decision making is in the wrong hands and there is no hope that the voters will be given any chance to correct their old mistakes. The previous mistakes are overwhelming anyway! Its a shame; such a huge amount of corruption in such a nice country with a good nation at heart. God Bless America "with some wisdom".|||Europe.

George W. Bush was an underrated political genius. He lowered taxes far far far below what could possibly be sustained here in America. As a result 17% of every dollar the feds took in in 2008 went to pay interest on the debt, or $1500 for every man, woman, and child living here. $9000 for a family of 6 on interest alone. Bush KNEW that he was trading America's long term future in in exchange for popularity for the Republicans. Republicans are now known as the low tax party, and will continue to ruin America rather than lose this advantage with unsophisticated voters who will blame Democrats in the polls when they do the inevitable and return to Clinton style (almost) balanced budgets.|||Providing the Euro, and the entire EU collapses, then I think Europe will imerge the stronger. The EU is sucking the life out of Europe. The sooner the whole thing is scrapped the better.|||Neither. The real winner is China who has the U.S. in a financial stronghold.

Obama and the liberals only answer is to borrow more stimulus money putting the U.S. in debt for generations. No one in government power is cutting back on government spending in their quest to keep enabling those who live for a handout and have come to expect it as their due. They seem to feel the Constitution guarantees them to 'happiness forever after'. These voters keep the liberals in Congress and the President and liberal powers count on this class for votes.

I've always lived paycheck to paycheck but never received one cent in a government handout. I just worked to pay for those who refuse to work, illegals, and those who continue to make babies to learn to depend on the government to raise them and provide for them.|||Both are suffering from a financial crisis.

Europe has Greece, Portugal and Spain, and America has many near-bankrupt states like California.

Both America and the EU will probably be eclipsed by China and India. The West is in a terrible decline.|||Probably Europe because no oil company is going to drill oil in US waters after the way O'bama treated the boss of BP.

So the US people are going to have to pay the market price for oil from now on.

No insurance comapny is going to insure drilling in the US now!

Without cheap oil, the US is going to be as rich as the other North American countries. (Canada, Mexico , Belize)

And after the economic melt down and massive frauds, no country will trust the US ever again.

And after Iraq and Afghanistan, do you expect the Muslim oil producers to treat you like they used to?

The party is over. Welcome to the real world.|||I will say the USA. It is not just Greece falling apart, but Italy and Portugal. Who is next?
